Carolina Torres, known as The Boss, brings over 19 years of expertise in human resources and administration across corporate and government sectors. With a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction and organizational integrity, Carolina optimizes processes to enhance performance and deliver a streamlined, high-quality experience for every client. After years of taking on various side jobs and stepping away from a failed partnership, we were ultimately propelled to formally launch Mission Olive Tree Construction LLC—an enterprise driven by our passion for craftsmanship and service.
